New Presentation: Dept of Homeland Security – Information Sharing

The presentation is a brief overview of the Department of Homeland Security’s responsibility for managing the Information Sharing Environment (ISE) set forth by the Intelligence Reform and Terrorist Prevention Act of 2004, and its relationship with local law enforcement through Fusion Centers. Like many presentations on my series on Homeland Security, they’re developed for lecturing under Colorado Technical University’s Master’s Program for Homeland Security and National Defense.
